Source notes

Kinesys Elevation Hoist, 1000 kg D8 model: variable-speed LIFTKET chain hoist converted by Kinesys (TAIT) for the Elevation Drive. Double DC brakes (100 % duty), four adjustable limit switches, encoder, Harting multi-function connector, single reeved only. Rating, 12 m/min, D8, voltages, mass, envelope and IP from the Kinesys Elevation Range brochure 2024 p.11, the Kinesys Elevation Hoist spec sheet (TAIT support article 5908775204635, issue 2024.12.17) p.2 and the Kinesys Elevation Hoist O&M 9200326 1v5 (TAIT, 2025) p.44. Stage Design fleet: 6 units (K101-K106, serials I53795-I53800); their 2025 inspection certificates read LIFTKET "KINESYS 1 TON", type SK070/13 (STAGEKET body), 1000/1-10, 1 x 7 mm chain, single fall, 24 m, and record the units as D8+. Kinesys rates its 1000 kg Elevation Hoist D8, not D8+; the D8+ entry on the certificates is not backed by a Kinesys document, so this record carries D8. Chain: the O&M prints 11 x 31 mm on p.15 and p.44 but 7 x 22 mm on p.20; the certificates give 7 mm. No ELE-01 plate photo of these units exists, so the Kinesys part number is not confirmed. Image: the current Kinesys Elevation Hoist (STAGEKET body) from the 2024 range brochure, not a fleet photo. Body data: the fleet body type SK070/13 is tabled by CHAINMASTER Technical Data Stage V10.1 (07/2023, LIFTKET group) p.2-3 as 1000 kg D8 / 500 kg D8+ / 500 kg C1, 10 m/min at 50 Hz, chain 7x22 mm (1.10 kg/m), body 39 kg without chain, hook and suspension, FEM 1Bm/M3, 40 % ED, 240 S/h, motor 80G2E 2.2 kW, IP55; A 316, B 283, C 167 (direct) / 255 (low voltage), G 247 (eye) / 356 (hook), N 23, J 22 (1/1) / 28 (2/1) / 28 mm. These are the bare LIFTKET body as CHAINMASTER sells it; the Kinesys figures above (12 m/min, 41 kg) are for the Kinesys conversion. The Kinesys Elevation brochure 2017 p.12 also lists the Liftket variable-speed hoist at 1000 kg / 12 m/min D8 and 500 kg / 24 m/min D8, with D8+ versions available.
